The Momentum vids defined a generation of surfing just like videos such as The Modern Collective will define this generation of surfers. Back then it was The Hobgood brothers, Andy Irons, Mick Fanning, The Irons Brothers, Parko and others who were pushing the envelope of what could be done on a surf board. Considering this clip is from over 9 years old the surfing in it is still ridiculously fast and high performance, will surfing videos ever reach a plateau, probably not but it makes you wonder what surfing videos will be like in another 9 years!
